  • Is this workshop virtual?
    Due to COVID19 restrictions, this course will be held in a virtual environment. If you have a smartphone or a device that can connect to the internet, you will have no problems joining us.
  • Can I get a refund?
    If you're not able to see a way that these types of fasting will fit into your schedule, and you've followed the steps I've outlined in the workshop, I am more than happy to give you a refund after 7 days, no questions asked!
  • What dates are the workshops?
